基于旅游体验视角下旅顺潜艇博物馆解说系统构建研究

在旅游景区内部系统中,解说系统占据重要的地位,它在游客对景区的满意度中承担重要作用。解说系统的优化与完善可以提高游客对景区的满意度。从旅游体验的视角出发,以旅顺舰艇博物馆景区解说体系为例,通过实地走访调查、网上问卷调查、文献检索等方法,分析了旅顺潜艇博物馆解说系统的现状以及存在的问题。在调查分析中发现景区存在解说水平不高、解说形式单一、解说系统使用率偏低、解说标识牌设计不合理等问题。基于旅游体验的视角,构建旅顺潜艇博物馆的解说系统,完善与优化解说结构,提升游客对景区的旅游体验和满意度。

Interpretation system plays an important role in the internal system of tourist attractions. It plays an important role in tourists＇ satisfaction with scenic spots. The optimization and improvement of interpretation system can improve tourists＇ satisfaction with scenic spots. From the perspective of tourism experience, taking the interpretation system of Lushun Ship Museum scenic spot as an example, the current status and problems of the submarine museum interpretation system in Lushun are analyzed through on - the - spot investigation, online questionnaire survey and literature retrieval. In the investigation and analysis, it is found that there are some problems in the scenic spots, such as the low explanation level, the insufficient explanation form, the low use rate of the explanation system and the unreasonable design of the identification card.
