“新常态”下河南省居民能源消费与环境污染源头治理的研究

Research on the Source of Energy Consumption and Environmental Pollution in Henan Province under the “New Normal”

随着经济的不断发展,居民生活水平的不断提高,能源在居民生活中的地位越来越高。为了解居民能源消费现状以及能源消费与环境污染的联系,以河南省居民生活能源消费为切入点,从河南省能源消费总量,居民能源消费结构,煤炭、电力、天然气的人均消耗量以及大气环境情况四个方面来说明河南省居民能源消费的现状;指出河南省居民能源消费供需不平衡,居民能源消费结构不合理,环境污染严重等问题;提出解决河南省居民能源消费的对策,构建健康、可持续发展的消费模式。

With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard of the residents, the position of energy in the life of residents is getting higher and higher. In order to understand the current status of energy consumption and the relationship between energy consumption and environmental pollution, the energy consumption of residents in Henan province is the breakthrough point. Firstly, the total energy consumption in Henan Province, the energy consumption structure of residents, the per capita consumption of coal, electricity and natural gas, and the atmosphere environment are explained in the four aspects of Henan province. The current situation of energy consumption of the people, the imbalance of supply and demand of energy consumption in Henan Province, unreasonable energy consumption structure of residents, serious environmental pollution, and so on. Finally, the countermeasures to solve the energy consumption of residents in Henan province were put forward to build a healthy and sustainable consumption pattern.
