摘要
以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为稳定剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用种子乳液聚合的方法制备丙烯酸酯乳液。系统地研究了CMC用量、引发剂用量、单体用量及配比对乳液聚合过程和乳液性能的影响。结果表明,在CMC用量为0.7%~0.8%,引发剂用量为0.2%~0.35%,AA用量为1%~2%,主单体总量为40%,MMA/BA质量比为1/1~9/7时,聚合反应的稳定性及乳液性能良好。
The acrylate emulsion was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization process with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as stabilizer, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as the main monomers, acrylic acid as the functional monomer, ammonium persulfate as initiator. The effeets of CMC amount, initiator amount, and monomer amount and ratio on polymerization and property were systematically studied. The results showed that, the polymerization was stable and the property was excellent, if the CMC content was 0.7%~0.8%, initiator content was 0.2%~ 0.35%, acrylic acid was 1%-2%, the main monomers content was 40%, and the ratio of MMA/BA was 1/1~9/7.
