交流电弧直读光谱法测定硅铁中的硼和锡

摘要 采用焦硫酸钾、Al_2O_3、Na F和碳粉混合物作为缓冲剂,锗作为内标元素,将硅铁与缓冲剂1∶1混合,在交流电弧直读光谱仪上进行激发,从而建立了交流电弧直读光谱法直接测定硅铁中硼和锡的方法。该方法省去了溶解样品的复杂过程,简便快捷,分析数据直观。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为B 1.63μg·g^(-1);Sn 0.37μg·g^(-1)。加标回收率在90%~l08%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于8%。方法比对结果表明该方法适用于硅铁中硼和锡的测定。 Using potassium sulfate, sodium fluoride, aluminium and toner mixtures as buffers, the solid salt sample and buffer 1:1 mixture, germanium as the internal standard element and the AC Arc Direct reading spectrometer were excited, and the direct-reading method of AC are was established to directly determine the boron and tin in ferrosilicon. This method eliminates the complicated process of dissolving samples, which is simple and quick, and the analysis data is intuitive. The detection limit (DL)for boron and tin is 1.63,0.37μg·g-1 .The scaling recovery is in 90%~108%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 8%. The results show that the method can be used for determination of boron and tin in ferrosilicon samples.
