摘要
本文建立了分散液液微萃取-气相色谱法测定水中吡啶的方法。实验采用甲醇为分散剂,三氯甲烷为萃取剂,考察了萃取剂和分散剂种类及体积、水样pH值等萃取效率的影响。在优化实验条件下,吡啶在0.00~40.0μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.01μg·L^(-1),7次重复测定的相对标准偏差均小于2%,样品加标回收率在92.2%~103.1%之间。本方法操作简便快速,有机试剂用量少,富集效率好,精密度和回收率高,适用于水中吡啶的测定。
A method for the determination of pyridine in water by liquid liquid microextraction and gas chromatography with dispersed liquid liquid was established in this paper. The effects of methanol as dispersant and triehloromethane as extractant on the extraction efficiency of the extraetant and dispersant, the type and volume of the dispersant and the pH value of water samples were investigated in this experiment. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linearity of pyridine ranged from 0.00 to 40.0μg· L-1, and the detection limit was 0.01 μg·L-1. The relative standard deviations of 7 repeated tests were all less than 2%, and the recovery rate of samples was between 92.2% and 103.1%. This method is simple and rapid, with less organic reagents, good enrichment effieieney, high precision and high recovery rate, which is suitable for the determination of pyridine in water.
