摘要
利用壳聚糖交联沸石吸附尾矿废水中Mn^(2+)、Cd^(2+),通过考察吸附剂处方配比、吸附剂用量、溶液pH值与吸附时间对两种重金属离子的去除率影响,表明7.0g·L^(-1)用量下的壳聚糖交联沸石(m_(壳聚糖):m_(沸石)=0.20)吸附pH值为5.0~6.0的100mg·L^(-1)的Mn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)溶液4h达到平衡。该吸附过程符合Langmiur等温吸附特征,尾矿废水样品经壳聚糖交联沸石吸附后,溶液中Mn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)残留量均符合国家排放标准,因此,可为相关行业环境治理提供参考。
The manganese and cadmium ion in tailing wastewater was adsorbed by chitosan cross-linked zeolite, and the influence factor of prescription proportion of adsorbent, adsorbent dosage, pH and adsorption time were investigated. The results shows that the dosage of the adsorbent is 9.0g·L-1, the mass ratio of chitosan and natural zeolite is 0.20, the mass concentration of Mn2+ and Cd2+ in wastewater do not exceed 100 mg·L-1, the pH value is 5.0~6.0, the adsorption equilibrium time is about 4h. The adsorption process followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm models, and the residual content of two heavy metal ions in actual sample solution meet discharge standards after adsorption, so can provide reference for environment treatment in corresponding industry.
