布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation in treating acute attack of infantile asthma

目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取福建医科大学附属宁德市医院儿科2013年6月—2017年3月收治的哮喘急性发作患儿68例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各34例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组基础上给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗1周。比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)],观察两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患儿临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿FVC、FEV1、FEV1%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患儿FVC、FEV1、FEV1%高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现严重不良反应。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患儿的临床症状及肺功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation in treating acute attack of infantile asthma.Methods A total of 68 cases of acute attack of asthma children were selected from June 2013 to March 2017 in Ningde City Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University,which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group was given budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation,both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical effect,lung function indices（FVC,FEV1,FEV1%） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The treatment group of clinical effect was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of FVC,FEV1 or FEV1% was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the treatment group of FVC,FEV1,FEV1% were higher than control group（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions was happened.Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation have an obviously clinical effect in treating acute attack of infantile asthma,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and pulmonary function,and with good safety.
