补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢喉痹的临床疗效

Clinical effect of buzhong-yiqi decoction in treating spleen stomach deficiency of chronic pharyngitis

目的探讨补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢喉痹的临床疗效。方法选取西南医科大学附属中医医院2016年7月—2017年7月收治的脾胃虚弱型慢喉痹患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各31例。对照组患者采用药物联合穴位注射治疗,研究组患者采取补中益气汤治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后慢喉痹中医症状评分及疾病复发率。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者慢喉痹中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者慢喉痹中医症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4个月,研究组患者疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢喉痹的临床疗效确切,能有效改善患者临床症状,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of buzhong-yiqi decoction in treating spleen stomach deficiency of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 62 cases of spleen stomach deficiency of chronic pharyngitis patients were selected from July 2016 to July 2017 in Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,31 cases in each group.The control group was given medicine combined with acupoint injection therapy,study group was given buzhong-yiqi decoction,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,chronic pharyngitis symptoms scores before and after treatment and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative rate in study group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of chronic pharyngitis symptoms scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the study group of chronic pharyngitis symptoms scores was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment of 4 months,the recurrence rate in study group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buzhong-yiqi decoction has an exactly clinical effect in treating spleen stomach deficiency of chronic pharyngitis,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce recurrence rate.
