药师参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床路径的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨药师参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)临床路径的临床效果。方法选取临沂市精神卫生中心2015年1—3月与2016年1—3月收治的COPD患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者实施规范化、标准化临床路径,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施临床药师参与临床路径。比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、抗菌药物使用时间、抗菌药物用药强度、药物治疗费用及药占比。结果两组患者住院时间及抗菌药物使用时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者住院费用、药物治疗费用及药占比低于对照组,抗菌药物用药强度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药师参与临床路径可进一步完善临床路径,更好地为患者提供用药指导,从而减少治疗费用,缩短治疗时间。 Objective To investigate the application effect of pharmacists participating in clinical pathway implementation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 84 cases of COPD patients were selected from January to March 2015 and January to March 2016 in Linyi Mental Health Center,which were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional standardized clinical pathway,observation group was given clinical pharmacists intervention based on control group.The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,the use time of antibacterial drugs,drug use intensity of antibacterial drugs,drug treatment costs and drug fees accounted were compared between the two groups.Results No significant differences of hospitalization time or the use time of antibacterial drugs was found between the two groups(P〉0.05);the observation group of hospitalization expenses,drug treatment costs and drug fees accounted were lower than control group,drug use intensity of antibacterial drugs was less than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The introduction of pharmacists in clinical pathway can make the clinical pathway more perfect,and provide better medication guidance for patients,so as to reduce the cost of treatment and shorten the treatment time.
