针刀松解术联合肌骨超声治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨针刀松解术联合肌骨超声治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取夹江康复专科医院2016年2月—2017年5月收治的膝骨关节炎患者64例,均行针刀松解术联合肌骨超声治疗。比较患者治疗前后疼痛评分、膝关节周径、膝关节积液及滑膜厚度,并观察患者临床效果。结果治疗后患者疼痛评分、膝关节周径低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后患者膝关节积液少于治疗前,滑膜厚度小于治疗前(P<0.01)。患者治疗总有效率为81.25%。结论针刀松解术联合肌骨超声治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果确切,其可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,减少关节积液,促进软组织恢复。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the needle knife release technique combined with musculoskeletal ultrasound in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 64 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were selected form February 2016 to May 2017 in Jiajiang Rehabilitation Specialist Hospital,all patients were treated with the needle knife release technique combined with musculoskeletal ultrasound.The pain scores,knee circumference,knee joint effusion and synovial thickness were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was observed.Results After treatment,the pain scores,knee circumference were lower than prior treatment(P〈0.05).After treatment,the knee joint effusion was less than prior treatment,synovial thickness was smaller than prior treatment(P〈0.05).The total effective rate was 81.25%.Conclusion The needle knife release technique combined with musculoskeletal ultrasound have an exactly clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis,it can effectively relief the pain degree of patients,reduce knee joint effusion,and promote soft tissue recovery.
