摘要
海洋出水石雕文物表面的黄色铁氧化物色斑对文物的展览展示和艺术价值都造成了较大影响,使用激光清洗能够有效清除此类污染物,并且不会产生附加的污染。实验使用脉宽为100ns的激光清洗机,分别通过干式激光清洗和湿式激光清洗等不同方式下测得清除辉绿辉长岩石雕文物表面该类污染物所需的能量值。实验表明,使用水为液膜的湿式清洗方式,设定250mJ能量档位,2~3mm的光斑直径,在5Hz的频率下停留约6s左右的清洗速度,可以有效地清除黄色铁氧化物色斑污染,并且不易对文物本体造成损伤。
The yellow iron oxide stains on the surface of marine stone relics have a great impact on the exhibition and artistic value of the cultural relics.The use of laser cleaning can effectively remove such contaminants without additional contamination.The experiment uses a laser cleaning machine with a pulse width of 100 ns.The required energy values for removing such contaminants on the surfaces of diabase,gabbro relics are measured by dry laser cleaning and wet laser cleaning,respectively.The experiments have shown that the use of water as a liquid film wet cleaning method,set 250 mJ energy level,spot diameter of 2~3 mm,at a frequency of 5 Hz with a spot stay about 6 scleaning speed,can more effectively remove the yellow iron oxide stain pollution,and is not easy to damage the artifacts.
