摘要 二元制校企合作办学模式为高职德育工作提出了新思路,也带来了新挑战,如何发挥校企协同育人功能,既是高职德育工作的新课题,又是产教深度融合亟待解决的新问题。拟以福建省高职酒店专业试点班为例,探析以专业为载体,创新校企双主体德育工作模式,以期实现社会主义职业教育立德树人的人才培养目标。 The school-running model of college-enterprise cooperation under binary systemhas brought about both new concepts and challenges to the moral education of higher vocationalcolleges. How to give full play to the educational function based on college-enterprise cooperationis not only a new subject for ideological and political work, but also a new problem to be solvedurgently in the deep integration of production and education. This paper takes the trial classes ofHotel Specialty in Fujian as an example, and explores a new model of moral educationmanagement based on college-enterprise cooperation with the professional as the carrier, so as toachieve the goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents.
