早期颅骨修补术治疗颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Early Skull Repair in the Treatment of Skull Defects after Craniocerebral Injury

目的针对颅脑外伤术后患者颅骨缺损的情况,探析应用早期颅骨修补术进行治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年1月—2018年3月收治的60例颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损患者作为该次研究的对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。其中,对照组采用晚期颅骨修补术治疗,研究组采用早期颅骨修补术进行治疗。并对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症以及患者满意度进行了对比分析。结果研究组KPS评分(82.34±12.52)分较对照组(72.32±14.17)分高(t=4.622,P<0.05),研究组完全恢复人数比例达到63.33%,优于对照组(χ2=5.538,P<0.05)。对照组并发症总发生率(13.33%)高于研究组(3.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.382,P<0.05)。研究组患者的总满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.462,P<0.05)。结论早期颅骨修补术应用于颅骨缺损患者的治疗效果较好,在临床治疗中具有借鉴意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early skull repair in the treatment of skull defects in patients after traumatic brain injury. Methods 60 patients with craniocerebral defects who were admitted to the hospital between January 2013 and March 2018 were convenient selected as subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups. Eachgroup had 30 patients. Among them, the control group was treated with advanced skull repair, and the study group wastreated with early skull repair. The clinical treatment effects, complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The KPS score of the study group （82.34±12.52）points was higher than that ofthe control group（72.32±14.17）points（t=4.622, P〈0.05）. The proportion of complete recovery in the study group was 63.33%,better than that of the control group （X^2=5.538, P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the control group （13.33%）was higher than the study group （3.33%）, the difference was statistically significant （X^2=4.382, P〈0.05）. The total satisfactionof the study group （93.33%） was higher than that of the control group （73.33%）, and the difference was statistically significant （X^2=9.462, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early skull repair has good therapeutic effect on patients with skull defect, and it hasreferential significance in clinical treatment.
