摘要
目的对住院患者实施人性化护理管理的效果进行探讨。方法方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年8月期间264例住院患者象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各132例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组实施人性化护理管理,对比两组护理效果。结果自我效能评分、护理质量评分方面,实施后观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.127、t=3.522,P<0.05);护理人员对自身工作满意度方面,观察组(100.00%)高于对照组(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.497,P<0.05);患者对护理工作满意度方面,观察组为98.48%,对照组为87.12%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.467,P<0.05);护理投诉发生率方面,观察组(0.00%)明显低于对照组(7.58%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.834,P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理的实施,提高了护理人员工作积极性,护理质量得到改善,降低护理投诉事件的发生,护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing management in hospitalized patients. Methods 264 inpatients from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected in the hospital. They were randomly divided into observation groupand control group, 132 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the observationgroup was managed by humanized care. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-efficacyand nursing quality were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after the implementation (t=4.127, t=3.522, P〈0.05). The degree of satisfaction of the nursing staff for their own work was observed. The observationgroup (100.00%) was higher than the control group (62.50%),the difference was statistically signficant(X^2=16.497, P〈0.05);the patient satisfaction with the nursing work was 98.48% in the observation group and 87.12% in the control group, thedifference was significant(X^2=5.467, P〈0.05); The incidence of nursing complaints, the observation group (0.00%) was significantly lower than the control group (7.58%),the difference was statistically signficant(X^2=4.834, P〈0.05). Conclusion Theimplementation of humanized nursing management has improved the enthusiasm of nursing staff, improved the quality ofnursing care, reduced the occurrence of nursing complaints, and has a high degree of satisfaction with nursing.
