摘要
目的:探讨青少年屈光不正与黄斑区脉络膜厚度的相关性。方法:收治屈光不正青少年患者50例,所有患者均进行眼部常规检查、屈光度测量、脉络膜厚度测量和眼轴长度测量。结果:脉络膜厚度由颞侧至鼻侧逐渐降低,SF与N1、N2之间的脉络膜厚度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),各位点脉络膜厚度与屈光度呈负相关(P<0.01),各位点的脉络膜厚度均与屈光度呈正相关(P<0.01),与眼轴长度则呈负相关(P<0.05),N1处相关性最高,T2相关性系数最低。结论:青少年黄斑区脉络膜厚度的变化是导致青少年屈光不正的重要因素。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between myopia and maeular ehoroidal thickness.Methods:50 patients with ametropia were selected,they were treated with ocular routine examination,refraction measurement,choroidal thickness measurement and ocular axis length measurement.Resuhs:The choroidal thickness decreased gradually from the temporal to the nasal side.The difference of choroidal thickness between SF and N1 and N2 was statistically significant(P〈 0.05).The choroidal thickness of each point was negatively correlated with diopter(P〈 0.01).The choroidal thickness of each point had positive correlation with diopter(P 〈 0.01),and had a negative correlation with the length of the ocular axis(P 〈 0.05),N 1 was the highest,the lowest correlation coefficient of T2.Conclusion:The changes of juvenile macular choroidal thickness is an important factor in adolescent ametropia.
