急诊重症监护中心肺复苏时及时气管插管的重要性分析

The analysis of importance of timely tracheal intubation during emergency resuscitation in emergency intensive car unit

目的:探讨急诊重症监护中及时气管插管在心肺复苏时的重要性。方法:收治心肺复苏患者40例,随机分成试验组与对照组,各20例。对照组患者等待麻醉科医生到急诊重症监护中心实施气管插管,试验组患者立即由急诊重症监护中心的医护人员实施气管插管。结果:试验组患者肺部复苏成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组气管插管时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结果:急诊重症监护心肺复苏成功率受多种因素的影响,气管插管工作十分重要,能够有效提升患者心肺复苏的成功率,降低气管插管时间。

Objective：To investigate the importance of timely endotracheal intubation in emergency intensive care unit during cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods：40 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group waited for the anesthesiologists to go to the emergency intensive care center for tracheal intubation,and the patients in the experimental group were immediately intubated by the medical staff of the emergency intensive care center.Results：The success rate of pulmonary resuscitation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the tracheal penetration time in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Resuhs：The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency intensive care is affected by many factors.Tracheal intubation is very irnportant.h can effectively improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and reduce the time of tracheal intubation.
