纵隔内前体T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤骨髓受侵1例并文献复习

Mediastinal precursor T lymphoblastic lymphoma with bone marrow involvement:a report of 1 cases and literature review

目的:提高对纵隔内前体T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤(T-LBL)的认识。方法:报告1例纵隔内前体T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤骨髓受侵的临床特征及诊疗经过,复习相关文献。结果:临床上以上腔静脉综合征等压迫症状为主要表现;影像学以纵隔肿块、胸腔积液、心包积液为特征;需手术切除做病理诊断;治疗采取手术切除、化疗、局部放疗及外周血造血干细胞移植等综合治疗。结论:纵隔内前体T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤发病率低、预后差,诊断明确后需立即静脉化疗。

Objective：To improve the understanding of mediastinal precursor T lymphoblastie lymphoma（T-LBL）.Methods：The clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of 1 eases of mediastinal precursor T lymphoblastie lymphoma with bone marrow involvement were reviewed.Results：The main manifestations of oppression,such as vena eava syndrome,were the main manifestations.Imaging was characterized by mediastinal mass,pleural effusion,perieardial effusion,surgical excision and pathological diagnosis.The treatment was treated with surgical resection,chemotherapy,local radiotherapy and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.Conclusion：The incidence of mediastinal precursor T lymphoblastie lymphoma is low and the prognosis is poor.
