手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:收治小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿22例,采取手法复位经皮克氏针内固定术治疗。结果:手术时间短,出血量少,针眼无感染,22例骨折均达到骨性愈合,肘关节功能好。结论:手法复位经皮克氏针内固定具有微创损伤小,针眼感染风险极低,骨折愈合快,肘关节功能恢复好,无肘内翻畸形,无尺桡神经损伤。 Objective:To investigate the effect of manual reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods:22 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus were treated with manual reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation.Results:The operation time was short,the blood volume was low,the needle eye was free of infection,and all of the 22 cases achieved bony union,and the elbow joint function was good.Conclusion:Manual reduction with percutaneous Kirschner needle internal fixation has minimal invasive injury,low risk of eye infection,fast healing of fracture,good recovery of elbow joint function,no elbow varus deformity and no ulnar radial nerve injury.
