中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘应用体会

Application experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患儿79例,随机分为对照组(41例)和治疗组(38例)。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的控显率、总有效率和2年内复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘具有较好疗效。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods：79 children with bronchial asthma were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：The control rate,effective rate and relapse rate within 2 years in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children was good.
