中风解郁汤结合氟西汀治疗脑卒中抑郁症患者临床分析

Clinical analysis of Zhongfeng Jieyu decoction combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression

目的:探讨中风解郁汤联合氟西汀治疗脑卒中抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:收治脑卒中抑郁症患者110例,随机分为两组,每组各55例。对照组给予氟西汀治疗,试验组给予中风解郁汤联合氟西汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、HAMD评分、SDS评分。结果:试验组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组HAMD评分、SDS评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中风解郁汤联合氟西汀治疗脑卒中抑郁症临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Zhongfeng Jieyu decoction combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression.Methods：ll0 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were divided into two groupsrandomly.The control group was given fluoxetine treatment,and the experiment group was treated with Zhongfeng Jieyu decoction combined with fluoxetine,the clinical effect,HAMD score and SDS score between the two groups were compared.Results： The clinical effect of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.The HAMD score and SDS score in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Zhongfeng Jieyu decoction combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression was significant.
