患者追踪方法学在危重患者护理安全与质量管理中的应用

Application of tracking methodology in nursing safety and quality management of critically ill patients

目的:探讨实施追踪方法学在危重患者护理安全与质量管理中的应用效果。方法:收治危重患者36例,追踪危重患者在就诊、检查、转运、治疗及护理服务过程中存在的护理安全与质量管理问题。结果:实施追踪方法学管理后,护理质量明显提升,患者满意度明显提高,护理不良事件、护患纠纷及投诉明显下降,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:追踪方法学在危重患者护理安全与质量管理中的应用,能有效地解决护理安全隐患问题,防止或避免不良事件发生,减少护患纠纷,提高医疗护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective：To explore the application effect of tracer methodology in nursing safety and quality- management of critically ill patients.Methods：36 cases of critically ill patients were selected,to track the problems in the nursing safety and quality- management of critical patients in the process of medical treatment,inspection,transport,treatment and nursing service. Results：After the management of tracking methodology,the quality- of nursing was obviously improved,the patient satisfaction was obviously improved,the adverse events of nursing,the dispute of nurse and patient and the complaint were obviously decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Application of tracking methodology in nursing safety- and quality management of critical patients can effectively solve the problems of hidden nursing safety problems,prevent or avoid adverse events,reduce nursing disputes,improve the quality- of medical care and improve patient satisfaction.
