层流手术间控制院内感染的护理措施研究

Nursing measures to control nosocomial infection in laminar flow operation room

目的:探讨层流手术间控制院内感染的主要护理措施。方法:收治手术治疗患者100例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规手术护理,观察组采用手术间循环护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组院内感染发生率和护理满意率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将层流间手术护理措施应用在手术室患者的护理过程中,不仅能降低院内感染发生率,也能提高护理满意率。

Objective：To explore the nursing measures to control nosoeomial infection in laminar flow operation room.Methods：lO0 eases of surgical treatment were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine surgical nursing,the observation group was given the operation cycle nursing,we compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the incidence of nosoeomial infection and the satisfaction rate of nursing care were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of laminar flow surgical nursing measures in the nursing process of patients in operation room can not only reduce the incidence of nosoeomial infeetion,but also improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
