门诊注射室管理中的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures in the management of outpatient injection room

目的:探讨门诊注射室管理中存在的问题及对策。方法:选择门诊注射室发生的60件问题事件进行回顾性分析。结果:门诊注射室较常见问题包括医院管理因素、护理人员的护理因素、患者自身的因素等。结论:目前门诊注射室的管理过程中,还存在着较多的问题,影响注射工作的正常开展。因此,对于医院来说,需要加强对于门诊的有效管理,加大对于护理人员的培训力度,在改善就诊流程与规范其护理工作的同时,加强对于患者的宣教力度,从而充分提升门诊注射室的工作效率及管理效果,提升患者满意度。

Objective：To explore the problems and countermeasures in the management of outpatient injection room.Methods：60 problem events in outpatient injection room were selected for retrospective analysis.Results：The more common problems in outpatient injection room included hospital management factors,nursing staffs nursing factors and patients＇ own factors. Conclusion：At present,there were still many problems in the management of outpatient injection room,which affected the normal development of injection work.Therefore,for the hospital,it was necessary to strengthen the effective management of the outpatient service,strengthen the training of the nursing staff, improve the treatment process and standardize the nursing work,and strengthen the education of the patients,so as to improve the efficiency and management effect of the outpatient injection room and improve the patient satisfaction.
