家庭医生工作室在提高全科医生儿科诊疗能力中的作用

Effect of family doctor workshops in improving the paediatric diagnosis and treatment ability of general practitioners

目的:探讨家庭医生工作室对全科医生儿科诊疗能力的影响。方法:选取全科医生13例,给予家庭医生工作室培训,比较培训前后笔试成绩、门诊接诊能力、儿科门诊量。结果:培训后全科医生的儿科笔试成绩、门诊接诊能力、儿科门诊量明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:家庭医生工作室可以提高全科医生儿科诊疗能力,增加儿科门诊量。

Objective：To explore the influence of family doctor workshops on the pediatrics diagnosis and treatment ability of general practitioners.Methods：l 3 cases of general practitioners were selectedand were trained in the family doctor workshops,and the the written test results,outpatient admissions capacity and outpatient volumeof pediatrics before and after training were cornpare.Resuhs：After the training,the the written test results,outpatient admissions capacity and outpatient volumeof pediatrics were significantly higher than those before the training,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Family doctor workshops could improve the paediatric diagnosis and treatment capacity of general practitioners and increase the outpatient volume of pediatrics.
