摘要
随着城市规模的不断扩大和社会经济的快速发展,城市污水排放量逐年增加,城市水污染问题日趋严重。依托荆州市中心城区水环境综合治理项目,针对其投资额大、实施周期长等特点,为尽快启动城区水环境治理项目,切实改善荆州城区排水管网不完善、雨污水混接、截污不彻底、河水水质较差等现状,对荆州城区水环境污染产生的原因进行了分析。在全面调研的基础上提出了水环境治理目标,通过采取外源减排、内源控制、水质净化、补水活水和生态修复等技术,同时建设智慧水务一体化信息平台,提高水环境综合治理水平,以达到近期及远期水质及水环境目标要求,创建良好的水质生态环境,为荆州市水环境综合治理工作提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the rapid development of social economy,the discharge of urban sewage is increasing year by year,and the problem of urban water pollution is becoming increasingly serious.This paper relies on the comprehensive water environment control project in the central urban area of Jingzhou City,aiming at the characteristics of large investment and long implementation cycle,for the purposes of starting the urban water environment control project as soon as possible,improving the present situation of imperfect drainage network,mixing of rain and sewage,incomplete sewage interception and poor river water quality in the Urban Area of Jingzhou Cith,firstly,the causes of water environment pollution in Jingzhou City are analyzed,and the water environment control objectives are put forward on the basis of comprehensive investigation.By adopting technologies such as external emission reduction,internal control,water purification,water replenishing and ecological rehabilitation,and building an integrated information platform for intelligent water affairs at the same time,the level of water environment comprehensive treatment is improved for achieving short-term and long-term water quality and water environment objectives,creating agood water quality ecological environment.It provides reference for the comprehensive management of water environment in Jingzhou City.
