基于专利分析的提高油气采收率技术发展趋势 被引量:2

The Development Trend of Enhanced Oil and Gas Recovery Technology Based on Patent Analysis

摘要 历经百年的油气工业已经全面进入到难开采、非常规资源战略接替时代,突显了提高采收率技术对可持续发展的巨大支撑作用,为了更多了解其发展形势和趋势,以具有较高权威的国际专利申请历史走势为依据,挖掘特点规律并进行后期走势预测,研究具有实际意义。应用汤森路透专利数据库,进行专利地图聚类分析,由此归纳出16项关键技术,再结合中国学术期刊网进行期刊检索,分析重点储层对象和提高采收率关注方向,提出油气资源多样化带来的提高采收率多样化形势;选择聚合物驱、气驱、水平井提高采收率、完井工程提高采收率及地层热处理五个专项,从专利申请数量、施引量及竞争主体等方面给出了发展趋势;依据专利周期发展规律,进行了阶段划分及后期预测,给出了总体技术的发展特点及专项技术的发展方向。结果表明:提高采收率技术突破常规技术领域,向着学科协同、一体化等方向拓展,以智能、新材料、设备、工具和工艺等特征为主的物理法是重要分支。专利分析与提高采收率的结合为技术发展预测提供了新的思路,研究结果可以提供相关参考依据。 The petroleum industry with 100 years history has fully entered into the era of difficult for extracting and for the replacement of unconventional resource strategy,so it was highlighting the huge power of the enhanced recovery technology to support the sustainable development.In order to know more about the situation and trend of development,based on the historical trend of international patent application with higher authority,exploring its characteristics and trend of the prediction had practical significance for researching.By using Thomson Reuters Patent Database and the patent map analysis clustering,16 key technologies were summarized.Combined with the journal retrieval from China Academic Journals,it analyzed the key reservoir and the direction of the object,which brought diversified oil and gas resources to improve the recovery of diversified situation,For the five projects of polymer flooding,gas flooding,EOR of the horizontal well,EOR of completionwell technology and reservoir heat treatment,their development trends were presented based on the number of the patents,citing and competition.Based on the patent cycle law of development,the periodic division and forecast,development characteristics and special technology were given.The results show that the EOR technology breaks through the field of conventional technology,expands toward the discipline coordination and integration direction,and physical methods with the characters of materials,equipment,tools and process features are the main branches.The combination of patent analysis and enhanced oil recovery provides a new idea for technological development prediction,and the research results can provide relevant reference.
