摘要
元坝气田试采工程自投产试运行以来,各集输场站多次出现工艺管道堵塞情况,严重影响到了气田安全平稳生产。从高含硫气藏的特殊性出发,结合场站集输流程,分析了元坝气田场站工艺管道的堵塞现状,探讨了堵塞物形成原因,即主要有水合物、储层滞留液体、流程伴注液体、硫沉积等。为了从根源上减少堵塞物,有效降低地面集输管道的堵塞几率,通过加强垢物分析、定期冲砂作业、加注硫溶剂、加强排酸监测等4方面措施及对策,达到"防治结合"的目的。
Since the trial production project of Yuanba Gas Field has been put into operation,the blockage of process pipeline has occurred many times in each gathering station,which has seriously affected the safe and stable production of the gas field.Based on the particularity of high-sulfur gas reservoirs,combined with the gathering and process in the station,the current clogging status of the process pipelines in the Yuanba Gas Field station was analyzed,the reasons for the formation of blockage,mainly including the hydrates,reservoir retention liquids,and process filling liquid,and sulfur deposition,etc were discussed.To basically reduce the causes of blockage and effectively lower the probability of blockage of surface gathering pipeline,through strengthening the scale analysis,regular sand washing,adding sulfur solvent,strengthening the monitoring of acid drainage,and so on,four measures and countermeasures are taken to achieve the purpose of"combination of prevention and control".
