Application of a New Technology of Steel Scrap Preheating in the 150 Ton Converter of Anyang Steel

安阳钢铁股份有限责任公司第二炼轧厂以现有设备、转炉冶炼工艺为基础,引进铁水包废钢烘烤器,通过试验对比验证烘烤器烘烤效果和热平衡计算分析,结果表明:废钢比提高1%。

Based on the existing equipment and converter smelting technology, the scrap roaster of ladle was in- troduced in the No. 2 Smelting and Rolling Plant of Anyang h＇on and Steel Co., through comparing and checking the roasting effect by test and through the heat balance calculation and analysis, the results showed that the scrap ratio increased by 1%.
