摘要 本文研究了Mo对IN718合金经680℃长期时效后组织和拉伸性能稳定性的影响。结果表明,Mo降低γ″相和γ′相在长期时效的过程中的长大速率,抑制α-Cr相析出。因此,Mo提高合金长期时效后拉伸性能的稳定性,并且Mo含量越高,合金经680℃长期时效后的抗拉强度越高。 Abstract: The effect of Mo on the stability of microstructure and tensile properties of IN718 alloy after long-term aging at 680℃ for up to 2000h has been investigated. The results show- that during the long-tern1 aging at 680℃, Mo reduces the coarsening rate of γ″ phase and γ′phase, inhibits the precipitation of α-Cr phase. There- fore, Mo improves the stability of the tensile properties of IN718 alloy. In addition, Mo improves the ultimate tensile strength of IN718 alloy with the increase in the content of Mo.
