摘要
莱钢特钢事业部新区生产的支重轮用钢,该钢种的C含量为0.37%~0.44%,Mn含量为1.40%~1.65%,B含量为≤0.000 5%。钢材的末端淬透性试验表明材料的淬硬层达到14mm以上,满足高淬透性要求。通过取样分析看出自回火发生相变,一部分淬火马氏体转变为回火马氏体,一部分淬火马氏体转变为回火索氏体。
Steel for support wheel was produced by New Production Zone of Laiwu Steel Special Steel Division and its chemical composition was as follows: C: 0.37%-0.44%, Mn: 1.40%-1.65%, and B≤ 0.0005%. The end hard- enability test of the steel shows that the hardened layer of the material reaches more than 14mm, which meets the requirements of high hardenability. By sampling and analyzing, it is observed that phase transformation occurs in self tempering; a part of quenched martensites transforms into tempered martensites, and a part of quenched martensites transforms into tempered sorbites.
