摘要
针对安钢宽板坯连铸机浇次第一炉低合金钢产生的纵裂纹,从钢水质量、过热度、结晶器冷却强度、拉速、水口位置、保护渣等方面分析了纵裂纹的产生原因,针对以上原因提出了有效的改进措施,降低了浇次第一炉铸坯出现纵裂纹的发生率,取得了良好的效果。
For the sin-face longitudinal cracks on first heat low alloy steel produced by super-width slab caster of Angang, the causes were analyzed from liquid steel quality, degree of superheat, cooling intensity of mould, cast speed, the nozzle location and slag, and the improvement measures were presented, which reduced the incidence of longitudinal crack in slab of the first heat, good results were achieved.
