摘要
针对西营水库清淤弃渣量大、生态环保要求高、弃渣流失导致泥石流等,可能危及下游居民安全和严重污染周围环境的问题,经现场勘探,综合考虑水库弃渣自然方量、弃渣高度要求、挡土墙基础最小埋深等因素,结合SL575-2012《水利水电工程水土保持技术规范》,对弃渣场容量、堆渣高度、堆渣综合坡比等特性参数进行了设计计算。并对弃渣场整体抗滑稳定性进行了分析,论证结果表明:不同运行工况下,边坡稳定安全系数均大于规范允许指标,弃渣场整体应力状态良好。
In view of the large amount of dregs,high ecological and environmental protection requirements,debris flow caused by the loss of dregs in Xiying Reservoir,which may endanger the safety of downstream residents and seriously pollute the surrounding environment.Through on-site exploration,comprehensive consideration of the natural quantity of the waste slag of the reservoir,the height requirement of the slag,the minimum burial depth of the retaining wall foundation,etc.,combined with SL575-2012 "Technical Specifications for Soil and Water Conservation of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects",the capacity and slag of the waste slag yard The design parameters of height,slag comprehensive slope ratio and other characteristic parameters were calculated.The overall anti-sliding stability of the waste slag yard was analyzed,and the results of the demonstration showed that:Under different operating conditions,the slope stability safety factor is greater than the allowable index of the code,and the whole stress state of the abandoned slag field is good.
