马克思主义关于生产力和生产关系的思想是历史唯物主义的基本原理。是否按照生产关系一定要适合生产力性质的规律办事是关系社会主义前途命运的大事。当下,学习和实践马克思主义关于生产力与生产关系的思想,应该着重解决两个问题:一是必须把发展和壮大公有制经济当作一项重要任务,在做大做强城市国有经济的同时,积极发展农村集体经济;二是必须正确对待资本主义性质的私营经济,在继续鼓励、支持其发展的同时,要加强对它的引导,使其朝着有利于社会主义的方向发展。学习和实践马克思主义关于生产力与生产关系的思想具有重要现实意义,其既能够坚定我们的共产主义理想,也可以让我们更好地理解和坚持社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度。

Marxism＇s thoughts on productivity and production relations is the basic principle of historical materialism. Whether or not to act according to the laws of productive forces is an important event related to the future and destiny of socialism. At present, studying and practicing Marxism＇s thoughts on productivity and production relations should focus on solving two problems ： First, we must regard the development and expansion of public owner- ship economy as an important task, and actively develop the rural collective economy while expanding and strength- ening the urban state -owned economy; Second, we must correctly treat the capitalist private economy and stl^ngthen its guidance while continuing to encourage and support its development so as to make it develop in a di- rection conducive to socialism. It is of great realistic significance to study and practice Marxism＇s thoughts on the relationship between productivity and production relations. It can not only strengthen our communist ideal, but also enable us to better understand and adhere to the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism.
