摘要
齿轮是常用的机械传动件,被广泛应用于推土机等多种工程机械。弯曲疲劳是齿轮的主要失效形式,严重影响推土机的使用寿命。为了对一种模数为8的推土机齿轮进行弯曲疲劳试验,设计了弯曲疲劳试验积的夹具,包括压头和支撑架。压头和支撑架分别采用5CrNiMo和35CrMo钢制作,并进行了适当的热处理。对推土机的20CrMnTi、20CrMnMo、22CrNi2MoNb钢渗碳齿轮和42CrMo钢离子渗氮齿轮进行了弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明,压头和支撑架的使用效果良好,达到了设计要求。
Gear is a commonly used mechanical transmission part, and widely used in various engineering machinery such as bulldozer and so on. Gear failure is predominantly attributed to bending fatigue which exerts a serious influence on service life of bulldozers. Gripper of bending fatigue test machine, including pressure head and support frame, was so designed that the bending fatigue test of 8 mm module gears of bulldozer may be performed.The pressure head and support frame were made of 5 CrNiMo and 35 CrMo steels, respectively, and were subjected to appropriate heat treating. The newly designed gripper has been used in bending fatigue testing of the bulldozer gears, such as carburized 20 CrMnTi,20 CrMnMo and 22 CrNi2 MoNb steel gears, and ion nitrided 42 CrMo steel gears. As a result, the both pressure head and support frame exhibited satisfactory operation effectiveness, meeting the specification up to which they were designed to come.
