穴位疗法在上消化道内镜诊疗中的应用

Application of Acupoint Therapy to Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment in the Upper Digestive Tract

目的总结穴位疗法在上消化道内镜诊疗中的应用。方法整理针刺、经皮穴位电刺激、艾灸、穴位按摩、穴位注射等穴位疗法对上消化道的作用机理,对各类穴位疗法在上消化道内镜检查中的应用情况进行综述。结果穴位疗法在上消化道内镜检查中主要有以下作用,其一,通过调节神经及胃肠道电活动缓解焦虑情绪及胃肠道不良反应;其二,减少麻醉药物用量及药物麻醉苏醒时间。结论穴位疗法作为一种安全的中医特色疗法,在上消化道内镜检查中有着良好的辅助作用,但目前开展的临床和基础研究仍然较为局限,需要进一步深入探索和研究。

Objective To summarize the application of acupoint therapy to endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in the upper digestive tract. Method The mechanisms of actions of acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, moxibustion, acupoint massage and acupuncture point injection on the upper digestive tract were sorted out. The application of various acupoint therapies to upper-digestive-tract endoscopy was reviewed. Result The main actions of acupoint therapy in upper-digestive-tract endoscopy were as follow： 1） reducing anxiety and gastrointestinal adverse reactions by regulating neural and gastrointestinal electrical activity; 2） decreasing anesthetic dosage and postanesthetic recovery time. Conclusion Acupoint therapy as the safe treatment characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine has a good auxiliary effect in upper-digestive-tract endoscopy. Deep exploration and study are needed because current clinical and basic studies are still relatively limited.
