摘要
为解决渤海油田的井口出砂问题,基于旋流分离技术,提出了一种新型在线除砂工艺,通过6条工艺管线配合除砂设备实现了砂的脱出与处理。在现场调试过程中发现运行不稳定和旋流管内壁黏砂堵塞情况,改进了技术和操作流程,经过3次调试,80μm以上粒径的砂脱除效率达到100%,设备及工艺应用效果良好。该除砂设备及工艺在渤海油田的应用可以给海上油田的固液分离项目提供技术支持和经验。
In order to solve the problem of the Bohai oilfield wellhead sanding, this paper introduced a kind of on-line cy-clone sand-removal process technology based on cyclone separation technique. The removal and treatment of sand was realizedthrough 6 process pipelines combined with sand removing equipment, unstable operation and viscous sand blockage in the innerwall of the cyclone pipe were found during field commissioning, technical and operational procedures were improved. After threetimes of debugging, the sand removing technology has good application effect in oilfield and the sand removing efficiency reaches100% for the sand with diameter more than 80 μm. The successful application of the sand removal equipment and technology canprovide technical support and experience for solid liquid separation projects in offshore oil fields.
