摘要 为分析气旋浮分离器内部的流场规律,应用流体仿真软件Fluent,采用Mixture多相流模型及带旋流修正k-ε湍流模型对气旋浮分离器实验室模型内部流场进行仿真研究,得到了气旋浮装置内部压力场及速度场的分布规律,通过采用皮托静压管测定分离器不同位置的切向速度并与模拟结果进行比较,验证了模拟结果的准确性;同时通过模拟和实验得到了不同参数对分离效率的影响,优选出较理想的入口流量及分流比。 In order to analyze the internal flow field of the cyclone floating separator, fluid simulation software Fluent was used,by using the Mixture multiphase flow model and with cyclone modified k - epsilon turbulence model, the cyclone floating device inter-nal pressure field and velocity field distribution were simulated. The distribution law of pressure field and velocity field in cyclone float-ing device were obtained. The tangential velocity at different positions of the separator was measured by using the pitot static pressuretube and compared with the simulation results. The accuracy of the simulation results was verified. At the same time, the effect of dif-ferent parameters on the separation efficiency was simulated, and the ideal inlet flow and the shunt ratio were optimized.
