天然气管道异形结构微漏不动火带压堵漏技术 被引量:2

Leakage Blocking with Pressure Technology for Special-shaped Structure of Pipeline under Trace Leakage of Natural Gas Condition

摘要 文中从作业时间、堵漏成功率、工人作业环境与强度以及堵漏成本等方面考虑,针对中、高压天然气管道根部阀、TEG取压法兰微量天然气泄漏情况,对带压堵漏夹具进行设计、制造和实际工况模拟试验,堵漏装置便于安装,堵漏压力达到10 MPa。形成一套管道异形结构补强堵漏的可实施技术,不动火、耐高压、简单便捷以及封堵效果长久有效,可对类似工况下的补强堵漏实施提供参考。 Considering the operation time, leakage blocking success rate, working environment and intensity of the workersand the cost of plugging, for the leakage of medium and high pressure natural gas pipeline root valve and TEG pressure flange,pressure plugging clamping fixture with pressure was designed, manufacturd and simulated. Plugging device was convenient forinstallation, and sealing pressure reached 10 MPa, forming a set of pipeline technology implementation of special-shaped struc-ture reinforcement plugging which is not hot, has high pressure resistance, is simple and convenient and has long term pluggingeffect, which can be reference to the plugging reinforcement of similar conditions.
