摘要
本文对大沽化工厂8万t VCM/a装置的200单元裂解炉EDC进料纯度的影响因素进行了理论分析,发现乙烯负荷,精馏塔精馏效果不佳以及轻重组分循环是最重要的纯度影响因素。对生产数据的作图分析也验证了这一点。找到了影响纯度的主要杂质,提出了去除杂质的方法。
In this paper, we study the impacts, which due to the purity of the feeding EDC of the furnace in 200 section of 80,000t/y VCM plant of DAGU Chemical Industry. The supply load of ethylene, the products of the fractionating tower and the light ends and heavy ends recycle system are the main factors. The charts based on the running data also prove these. We find the main impurities which influence the purity of the feeding, and bring forward the methods to getting rid of them
