小组合作联合情景教学法对提高护生急救能力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨小组合作联合情景教学法在提高护生急救能力中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月至2018年3月160名在重庆医科大学附属第二医院实习的大专和本科护生按进科批次奇偶数分为对照组(奇数)和实验组(偶数),每组80名。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用小组合作联合情景教学法,比较两组护生的教学效果。结果实验组护生的出科技能操作成绩为(94.68±1.64)分,高于对照组的(90.11±2.03)分(P<0.001);实验组护生出科评判性思维量表总分为(307.1±8.2)分,高于对照组的(296.6±9.4)分(P<0.001);实验组护生出科自评和教学效果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将小组合作联合情景教学法运用到护生急救能力培训中,有利于提高急救技能和评判性思维能力,培养护生学习的主体意识及合作参与意识,提升团队协作精神。 Objective To study the effect of group cooperation combined with simulation-based learning method on the improvement of nursing students first aid ability.Methods One hundred and sixty nursing trainees in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 80 in each group. The trainees in control group received the traditional teaching method who were compared to the trainees from experimental group receiving the group cooperative learning combined with situational teaching mode in terms of the teaching effects.Results The average score of the first aid skills operation of the nursing students in the experimental group was (94.68±1.64) points, which was higher than that in the control group (90.11±2.03) ( P 〈0.001).The average score of the CTDI-CV for nursing students in the experimental group was (307.1±8.2) points, which was higher than that in the control group (296.6±9.4) ( P 〈0.001).There was a statistically significant difference in the assessment of teaching between two groups( P 〈0.01).Conclusion The application of group cooperative combined with simulation-based learning method in the training of first-aid ability for nursing students is conducive to the improvement of first-aid skills and critical thinking skills as well as the cultivation of the subject consciousness teamwork spirit.
