“全面二孩”政策下手术室男护士职业感受的质性研究

A qualitative study on the professional feelings of male nurses in the operating room with the Universal Two-Child Policy

目的了解"全面二孩"政策下手术室男护士的职业感受,为护理管理者在人力资源管理方面提供明确的方向。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对中山市的三甲医院手术室共9名男护士进行深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象分析法对资料进行分析、提取、归纳。结果对9份访谈结果进行分析归纳后得出:手术室男护士的工作体验为自我效能感影响职业生活质量及职业认同感,工作压力及职业前景影响工作满意度,职业能力及组织支持影响自尊水平。结论 "全面二孩"政策下管理者应关注男护士的工作及社会压力,并提供相应的指导与支持,从而稳定科室护理队伍,进一步提高优质护理服务质量。

Objective To understand the professional experience of male nurses in the operating room, so as to provide an important reference for nursing managers under the policy of Universal Two-Child. Methods In this study, nine male nurses in the operation room of a top three hospital in Zhongshan City were interviewed and analyzed by Colaizzi Phenomenological Analysis. Results The results of the nine interviews showed the situation as follow. The quality of professional life and occupational identity was affected by working experienceThe job satisfaction was affected by the stress and career prospects. The level of self-esteem was affected by professional competence and organizational support. Conclusions Managers should pay attention to the work of male nurses and social pressure, and provide appropriate guidance and support to stabilize the nursing team and improve the quality of quality care services.
