摘要
以水泥、粉煤灰、聚苯颗粒为主要原料制备复合夹芯墙板,研究了聚苯颗粒的添加量对复合夹芯墙板强度性能的影响。聚苯颗粒的添加量是影响墙板力学性能的重要因素;当聚苯颗粒的添加量为2.43L/kg,墙板的强度较佳;其抗压强度为3.079MPa,抗拉强度是0.474MPa,相关性能满足国家标准要求。
The composite sandwich panel is prepared by using cement, fly ash and polystyrene as main raw materials. The effect of the addition amount of polystyrene particles on the strength and properties of composite sandwich panel is studied. The amount of polystyrene particles added is an important factor affecting the mechanical properties of the wall panel. When the addition amount of polystyrene particles is 2.43 L/kg, the strength of the wall panel is better, the compressive strength is 3.079 MPa, the tensile strength is 0.474 MPa, and it meets the requirement of national standards.
