血清癌胚抗原(CEA)表达水平对中晚期肺腺癌患者化疗疗效的影响

Effect of Serum Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Expression on Chemotherapy Efficacy in Patients with Advanced Adenocarcinoma of the Lung

目的探讨中晚期肺腺癌患者体内血清癌胚抗原(CEA)表达水平变化对化疗效果的影响。方法选取2015年6月-2016年8月在我院治疗的102例中晚期肺腺癌患者作为主要研究对象,按CEA检查结果分为阳性组50例和阴性组52例。比较分析影响两组血清CEA表达水平的因素,进一步分析这些因素对化疗效果的影响。结果吸烟史是影响CEA在中晚期肺腺癌患者体内表达水平的独立影响因素(χ2=4.708,P<0.05)。治疗4周后,阳性组患者的近期控制率为84.00%,优于阴性组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.457,P<0.05);阳性组患者平均及中位无进展生存期均优于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.206,P<0.05)。结论中晚期肺腺癌患者体内血清CEA表达水平呈阳性时,患者化疗效果更为良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of the change of serum carcinoembryonic antigen（ CEA） expressions on chemotherapy in patients with advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung.Methods One hundred and two patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated in our hospital between June 2015 and January 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study,who were divided into the positive group（ n = 50） and negative group（ n = 52） according to the CEA test results. The factors that influenced the expression of serum CEA in the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the effect of these factors on chemotherapy was assessed.Results Smoking history was an independent factor that influenced the expression level of CEA in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma（ χ2= 4.708,P〈0.05）. The recent curative effect of the positive group was better than that of the negative group,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 6.457,P〈0.05）. The average and median progression free survival was better in the positive group than that of the negative group,and the difference was statistically significant（ t = 13.206,P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma,the effect of chemotherapy is better when the serum CEA level is positive.
