摘要
目的分析Vasohibin-1、VEGF-A在食管癌中的表达水平及意义,为治疗食管癌提供新的方向和靶点。方法选取2017年3月-2018年2月期间在我院接受治疗的64例食管癌患者作为本次试验的研究对象,食管癌组织和癌旁组织均为手术切除标本,且经过本院病理科确诊,分别采用免疫组织化学法和实时定量PCR法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织中Vasohibin-1及VEGF-A、MVD的表达情况,研究其在食管癌中的表达意义。结果食管癌组织中Vasohibin-1及VEGF-A的mRNA表达水平显著高于癌旁组织中Vasohibin-1及VEGF-A的mRNA表达(P<0.05);食管癌组织中Vasohibin-1及VEGF-A的阳性表达率显著高于其在癌旁组织中的表达(P<0.05);食管癌组织MVD显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);VEGF-A的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、远处转移、分化程度相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别和肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论 Vasohibin-1与食管癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective To analyze the expression levels and significance of Vasohibin-1 and VEGF-A in esophageal cancer,and to provide new thinking and targets for the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods Sixty-four patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital between March 2017 and February 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. Esophagus cancer tissues and para cancerous tissues were all excised,while tumor tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer were detected with the immunohistochemical and real-time quantitative PCR method,respectively,by the Department of Pathology. The expression and gene expression of ohibin-1,VEGF-A and MVD were measured,and their significance in esophageal carcinoma was studied.Results The levels of mRNA expression of Vasohibin-1 and VEGF-A in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly higher than in the adjacent tissues( P〈0.05). The positive rate of Vasohibin-1 and VEGF-A in esophageal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the para cancerous tissues( P〈0.05). The microvascular density of the esophageal carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that of the para cancer tissue( P〈0.05). The expression of VEGF-A was associated with TNM staging,distant metastasis and degree of differentiation of the tumor( P〈0. 05),but was not related to age,sex or tumor size( P〈0.05).Conclusion Vasohibin-1 is associated with the occurrence and progression of esophageal cancer.
