基于SCI论文的宁夏基础科学研究发展态势监测评价

Monitoring and Evaluation on Development Trend of Ningxia's Basic Scientific Research Based on SCI Thesis

基于宁夏近二十年产出的SCI论文,以情报学理论为基础,用文献计量分析方法,借助Thomson Data Analyzer(TDA)数据挖掘工具,从总体发展趋势、重点学科发展趋势及影响力、主要基础研究机构及实力演变态势、基础科学研究资助来源4个方面,对宁夏基础科学研究的发展态势进行定量监测分析.结果表明,自2009年以来,宁夏基础科学研究整体水平大幅提升,已形成若干具有国际水平的优势学科与新兴学科,其中高校仍是基础研究的中坚力量.

According to theory of information science and Ningxia＇s SCI thesis in recent 20 years, the article quantitatively monitors and analyzes Ningxia＇s basic scientific research development trend from 4 aspects： general development tendency, key discipline development tendency and influence, key basic research institutes and their strength situation evolution, subsidy for basic research with the help of Thomson Data Analyzer（TDA）data mining tool and biliometric analysis method. The result shows that, the integral level of Ningxia fundamental scientific research promotes substantially, which forms a number of preponderant discipline and new branch of science with international standard, and colleges and universities are still the dominant force of basic science research.
