补肾方剂对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后骨愈合和血钙的影响

Effects of the Bushen prescription on coalescence and blood calcium in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

目的:观察补肾方剂对老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后骨愈合和血钙等生化指标的影响。方法:选取我院老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予我院自拟的补肾方剂,每日1剂,早晚各服1次,3周为一个疗程,共3个疗程,每个疗程间隔1周,对照组给予钙尔奇D片600mg,1次/d,术后1周开始服用,连续服用12周。比较两组患者术后各种骨生化指标、骨密度和骨折愈合率。采用统计学软件SPSS 18.0进行分析,对正态分布的定量资料,采用t检验,非正态分布采用Mann-Whitney U检验,骨折愈合率采用卡方检验进行比较,检验水准α=0.05,即P <0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾方剂能促进骨钙素和大量碱性磷酸酶的生成从而促进骨折的愈合。

Objective To observe the efects of the Bushen prescription （ 补肾方剂 ） on bone healing, blood calcium and other biochemical indexes in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group was given the Bushen prescription, 1 dose per day, 3 weeks as a course, for 3 courses. The control group was given Calcium D tablets 600mg, for 12 weeks. The bone biochemical parameters, bone mineral density and fracture healing rate were compared between two groups. Statistical software SPSS 18.0 was used for analysis. The quantitative data of normal distribution were analyzed by t test. The non-normal distribution was analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test. The fracture healing rate was compared by chi-square test. The test level α= 0.05, P〈0.05 were considered statistically signifcant diference. Conclusion： The Bushen prescription can promote the formation of osteocalcin and a large amount of alkaline phosphatase to promote fracture healing.
