水蛭粉治疗慢性肾病的临床疗效观察

Effective observation on treating chronic kidney disease with hirudo powder

目的:探讨水蛭粉治疗慢性肾病患者的临床疗效。方法:以2016年1月-2017年11月于我院肾病科接受治疗的68例慢性肾病患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组34例。对照组采用基础治疗方式进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予患者实施水蛭粉治疗。治疗4周,比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能指标水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率(73.53%)高于对照组(26.47%),差异显著(P <0.05);与治疗前相比,观察组血肌酐水平明显降低,且低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前后组内及组间的24h尿蛋白定量比较,差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论:水蛭粉能够有效改善慢性肾病患者的肾功能,且临床疗效显著,在慢性肾病中医治疗中推广价值高。

Objective To observe clinical efects of hirudo powder on chronic kidney disease. Methods： 68 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly selected as experimental objects. 68 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given the foundation treatment, the observation group was treated with hirudo powder more. After 4 weeks, clinical efects and levels of renal function between two groups were compared. Results： The total efective rate was 73.53% in the observation group, higher than 26.47% in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, SCr was decreased obviously in the observation group, and lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. 24h quantitative testing for urine protein between two groups before and after treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Hirudo powder on chronic kidney disease is effective and worthy of promotion.
