产后出血的原因分析及相应对策

The causes and nursing of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:分析产后出血的发生原因,并找出其相应护理对策,为降低临床产后出血治疗提供依据。方法:针对产后出血发病原因进行分析,选取我院自2017年1-9月接诊治疗的60例产后出血患者为对照组,分析其产后出血成因,并作为拟定护理方法的基础资料。以我院2017年12月-2018年7月60例产后出血患者为观察组,根据对照组患者发生出血的原因及制定的相应对策为观察组患者提供更完善的护理措施。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:经分析,宫缩乏力、胎盘原因、软产道损伤、凝血功能障碍是诱发产后出血的病患自身原因,而流产史、分娩史、分娩方式、产检情况等是导致产后出血的外部原因;观察组患者产后出血恢复效果及中医证候表现明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:针对相关原因,科学拟定护理方式,应可降低产后出血发病概率,增加产妇生产安全性。

Objective To analysis the causes and nursing methods of postpartum hemorrhage, and provide the basis for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： 60 cases in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected as the control group and given general nursing; 60 cases as the observation group in our hospital from December 2017 to July 2018 were given more perfect nursing. Results： The patients’ causes of postpartum hemorrhage was including Uterine inertia, placenta cause, soft birth canal injury and coagulation dysfunction; the history of abortion, birth history, delivery mode and production examination were the external causes of postpartum hemorrhage. The recovery of postpartum hemorrhage and TCM symptoms in the observation group were obviously better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： According to related reasons, the scientifc nursing can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and increase the safety of maternal production.
