摘要
目的:研究健康教育在普外科择期手术患者中的应用效果。方法:以我院2015年1月-2017年9月期间收治的300例普外科手术患者为研究对象,征得患者同意,按照患者病例编号分为两组。参照组150例,给予常规护理,研究组150例,在常规护理基础上,给予健康教育,对比两组患者术后的SAS评分与护理满意度评分,比较两组的手术配合度和术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者术后SAS评分显著低于参照组,护理满意度评分显著高于参照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者的手术配合度显著高于参照组,差异鲜明,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:给予普外科择期手术患者健康教育,能够更好地调节患者的心理情绪,提升手术配合度,提升护理质量与效果,为患者提供更为满意的护理服务,应该强化应用。
Objective To study the efect of health education on patients undergoing elective operation in general surgery. Methods: 300 cases were consented and divided into two groups according to the patient case number. 150 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing; 150 patients in the study group were given health education more. The postoperative SAS score, nursing satisfaction score, the surgical coordination and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results: The postoperative SAS score in the study group was signifcantly lower than the reference group. The nursing satisfaction score was signifcantly higher than the reference group; the diference were statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The surgical coordination in the study group was signifcantly higher than the reference group; the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The health education can adjust the patient’s psychological emotions, improve surgical cooperation, improve the quality and efects of nursing, and provide more satisfactory nursing services, which should be strengthened.
