补阳还五汤联合中风敷脐方外敷治疗急性期中风的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating acute stroke with the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus external application of the Zhongfeng Fuqi prescription

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合中风敷脐方外敷治疗急性期中风的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2017年1月收治的急性期中风患者218例为研究对象,按照患者的入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各109例,其中对照组单独采用中风敷脐方,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用补阳还五汤,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前NIHSS评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗前中风病证候积分变化无显著差异(P> 0.05),观察组治疗后中风病证候积分变化改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合中风敷脐方外敷治疗急性期中风具有显著的治疗效果,可有效改善患者神经功能,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical efects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction （ 补阳还五汤） plus external application on acute stroke. Methods： 218 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group, 109 cases in each. The control group was given the Zhongfeng Fuqi prescription （中风敷脐方 ）; the observation group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Results： The total efciency in the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The improvement of stroke syndrome score in the observation group was signifcantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus external application on acute stroke is efective, and can efectively improve the nerve function, is worthy of application and popularization.
